I have been having fun with Pinterest.
I hope you are all having a nice day. I spent the afternoon in the pool with the little one I watch, it was very fun. On my way home, I popped in the new Sardinian pasta & paste shop that opened down the street. Tried a delicious banana and chocolate pastry. I am excited to try their other treats.

I happened upon this blog this morning, Brinja Kobenhaven. Brinja is making a miniature home of her home. It is exactly similar, with much attention paid to each piece of furniture, wallpaper, and art. What a special project, being inside your space double, the intimacy of looking, knowing something all the way through.

I hope you all had a lovely weekend. Thanks to all of you who popped by on Saturday for a visit to Pile of Craft. The last photograph is of Kate with a matching pocket doll. I was excited to see what a nice pair they made. The nicer of the photos were taken by Ashley North Compton and the others were taken by me. Visit here to see more photos from the show.
I also got a new pair of glasses this weekend. They're purple and they glow. They are by far the most exciting glasses I have ever had. I am waiting for them to arrive in the mail with their new lenses.

My friend Sophie sent me a pair of Dub & Drino socks and leggings for a gift. I love them so much and I wear them all the time. What wonderful things they make in France! Thank you Sophie!
Very sweet children's sweaters from Teeny Tini.
I can't believe I am thinking about warm weather goods in this heat! Summer has just arrived and I am now looking forward to Fall...oh my. I think I will feel better when the pool opens this weekend.

From lovely French blog, egmv, here.
I was browsing Kristin Klarin's blog this morning and found the image above of her table with Sardinian sweets on it. I thought the dense patterns looked beautiful scattered one atop the other. This photograph made me wonder, what's on your table and what's on mine? There is a Sardinian sweet shop opening down the street from me, I am very excited to try it.
More pretty Sardinian Sweets here.
Beautiful wearables from Eatable of Many Orders. This is one of my very favorite sites to visit.

I just found out that I won this jar of raw granola from the KOTOA giveaway. I am so excited as I don't often win things and I love my granola in the mornings. I can't wait to taste it! Erika posts these fun short videos of her choosing a winner for the the KOTOA giveaways. I think the videos are my favorite part. See the video of Suki picking my blueberry.

Found this Benita Koch-Otte, carpet for a children's room, 1923, from this wonderful French blog I just stumbled upon, ringo. Here I also found these very nice objects from this wonderful store, Absolute Sellout. Really so good. The bottom picture is of art school.
Happy Fathers Day. Matt and I are having a cookout for his parents this afternoon. I made my grandma's cheesecake.

I started a Pinterest this week. Very fun as a way to catalog things that inspire.
Also, I found these beautiful sweaters a while back, by Primoeza, but forgot to share them. I am so happy I came across them again today. They are so wonderful, I love them.

Beautiful necklaces by Erin Considine. I don't often find myself drawn to jewelry as something I feel I very much need in my life, but I would love a piece of Erin's. She has such a beautiful handle on texture, melding soft and hard objects to make seductive wearable sculptures. She dies the yarn by hand using fresh fruits and vegetables and weaves the yarn, sometimes using ancient techniques (via Of a Kind). I included a few pictures from her blog, which I think are very nice when viewed beside her necklaces.
Visit her lovely shop.
